Aromas by Badal and Riddhi ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles your personal information in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the personal details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, any allergy information you choose to share, and your order details.
If you message us on WhatsApp, phone or email, for example about catering, we keep what you send so that we can reply and arrange your order.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to process, prepare and fulfil your pre-order, to contact you about your order (including the confirmation email, which tells you the pick-up address and time), and to meet food-safety and legal obligations. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Revolut. We do not store your card details.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent (given at checkout) and the performance of a contract (fulfilling your order).
How long we keep it
We keep order records only as long as necessary for the order and for any legal or accounting requirements, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@aromas.ie.
You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission, Ireland's data protection authority, at dataprotection.ie.
What you agree to at checkout
To place an order you tick a box beside this wording. We store it with your order, with the time you agreed.
I consent to Aromas storing my name and contact details to process and fulfil my order, and I have read the Privacy Notice.
