The small print
Catering terms
Minimum plates, per item
- 20plates for your first item
- 15plates for your second
- 10plates for each item after that
Food information
- All items are 100% vegetarian.
- Jain preparation is available on request, so every dish can follow the dietary need.
Booking and payment
- We need at least 5 days' notice to place an order.
- A 20% advance deposit confirms your date. It is not refundable if the booking is cancelled at short notice.
- Full payment is due at least 4 days before the date, to cover online orders and grocery purchases.
Cancelling
- If you cancel at least 15 days before the date, you get a full refund.
- Within 15 days of the date, the deposit is kept.
Allergens
- Everything is prepared in a kitchen that may handle nuts and other allergens.
- If you have an allergy, a dietary restriction or a concern, please tell us before you order, and do not eat the food if it is not right for you.
Delivery
- We can deliver locally. Please contact us first: delivery and handling fees depend on the venue and its location.
- Grazing table: a flat EUR 95 within 10 km of our kitchen covers delivery, table setup with platters and decor on your dining table or kitchen counter.
Grazing tables and boxes
- A grazing table is made from at least 4 items on this menu, for 15 to 35 guests, so the spread is varied and well chosen.
- It stays fresh for about 3 to 4 hours at room temperature. We ask for 2 hours at the venue to set up.
- If the space is crowded or restricted we cannot guarantee the quality of the food or the setup.
Bowls and platters
- We arrange to collect our bowls and platters within the same week as your event.
- Anything damaged or lost is charged to the client.
Extras
- Water bottles, napkins, plates and cutlery can be provided for an extra charge, if you ask when you book.
- We only need access to a microwave, an oven or some fridge space. We bring everything else.
